Dual-Band Wi-Fi Connectivity: Unlike the G2 (2.4GHz only), the G5 supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks (including combined SSIDs), as well as newer Wi-Fi standards (Wi-Fi 5 & Wi-Fi 6 / 802.11ac/ax), offering faster and more stable performance in modern network environments.
Remote Access & Management: Remotely lock/unlock doors, generate/delete passcodes, manage e-keys, fingerprints, and IC cards, and adjust user access time parameters without being near the lock.
Real-Time Monitoring & Logs: Receive instant app notifications for door activities, check real-time lock status, battery levels, and access detailed online event logs/audit trails.
Multi-Device Support: One G5 gateway can connect with multiple TTlock-compatible smart locks (up to 100 devices) within Bluetooth range (approx. 8–10 meters / 26–32 feet).
